Inspections are complete and everything looks remarkably good. Well is pulling good flow and no nasties in the water. Septic system is good and the house inspection only found marginal issues. We are negotiating some of the repairs and hope to hear from the seller soon.
The appraisal is another matter, however. It’s been ordered and picked up by an appraiser – but it’s not due until May 19th. That’s a bit late to hit our May 25th closing date. We are hoping that it will get done sooner and that of course there are no issues.
We started packing and redesigning the kitchen space in our heads. We have some pretty awesome plans for the property and it’s getting hard to wait it out!
