Almost There!
We have some great news! The appraisal came in at value and the lender has issued the final documents. We close this next week and will begin moving in next Wednesday. Here are some teaser photos of the property.

Update – Making Progress
The appraisal has been ordered and inspections are tomorrow. We have been planning out the packing/moving process and potential renovations. Our target date for closing is May 25th – just in time for the long holiday weekend to move in should all go well. We are making progress!
