Inspections are complete and everything looks remarkably good. Well is pulling good flow and no nasties in the water. Septic system is good and the house inspection only found marginal issues. We are negotiating some of the repairs and hope to hear from the seller soon. The appraisal is another matter, however. It’s been ordered
The appraisal has been ordered and inspections are tomorrow. We have been planning out the packing/moving process and potential renovations. Our target date for closing is May 25th – just in time for the long holiday weekend to move in should all go well. We are making progress!
